I began my career as a graduate lawyer and progressed to senior practitioner at one of Australia’s leading law firms, working with complex clients and high-pressure environments that shaped my deep understanding of the legal profession.

I went on to lead the creation of a nationally recognised and highly successful legal education framework at a top-tier firm that drove measurable increases in capability, performance, and workplace satisfaction. This work has since evolved into a broader focus on legal excellence, leadership, and shaping lawyers of the future.

Today, I specialise in designing bespoke legal excellence frameworks that work.
