Legal Learning & Leadership Transformation

The Challenge

A high-performing, future-focused mid-tier law firm recognised the need to evolve to stay ahead of the rapidly changing legal landscape and meet the diverse learning needs of its people. They sought an experienced legal learning expert with a deep understanding of law firms and the realities of legal practice.

The firm needed to:

  • Bridge capability gaps in legal learning and leadership

  • Strengthen performance and growth

  • Deliver exceptional lawyer and client experiences, now and into the future

Their strong people-first approach, combined with a bold and innovative outlook on the future of law, provided an excellent platform for change.

The Process

I conducted more than 100 one-on-one interviews and numerous group interviews with stakeholders at every level — partners, senior associates, business leaders, associates, lawyers, and graduates. I also audited all learning materials, platforms, and content, before delivering to the business leaders:

  • A comprehensive report with findings and recommendations

  • A concise executive summary

  • A strategic plan and roadmap for implementation

The Result

The client was delighted, praising the structured approach, depth of insight, and professionalism. On the strength of these outcomes, they invited me to undertake Phase 2.

You went above and beyond — which we knew you would, given your reputation for delivering excellent results.
